Our wireless internet is free for all our guests and will appear as SUNRISE RV PARK 2 and 5 WIRELESS. Our Wi-Fi is password protected, Aggie#69

Please log off after each use to facilitate access to others. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. There is a charge of 4% for use of the card, that's what the card company charges us. Let us know if we can provide this service for you.

SUNRISE RV PARK HASKELL LLC RULES

A maximum of two Adults, two vehicles, and 3 children under 18 per site is allowed (exceptions made by owner approval). Additional people over 12 is $10.00/per person /per month. If more than two job workers stay in the unit, additional workers are charged $50.00 /month for parking, water, internet, sewer, and trash.
One main camping unit is allowed per site. A motorhome, fifth wheel, trailer, or other self-contained units are allowed. Absolutely NO TENTS.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors.
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Check-outs may be requested; however, it may only be possible to fulfill some requests. Extensions need to be requested/ made before 11:00 AM.
Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated. Any guest who displays violence or the threat of violence will be asked to vacate.
Go-carts, stand-up electric scooters, or ATVs are not allowed. ELECTRIC golf carts are allowed and must be registered with the owner.
All pets must be kept on a leash. Pet owners are responsible for picking up the waste from their pets throughout the ENTIRE Park. Absolutely no pets left unattended outside (see our Pet Policy). If a guest vacates and has not cleaned up after their pet(s), they will be charged. Do not loop tethers/leashes around the trees in the Park as this has become a Texas law.
Fires are only permitted in fire rings and in grills. Do not use tabletop grills on any picnic tables which the Park may own in the future. All fires must be extinguished if not being attended to.
Garbage, trash, rubbish, litter, gray water any other waste material or waste liquid generated on the property and incidental to authorized recreational vehicles shall either be removed from the property or deposited in proper containers or receptacles provided for that purpose. We do NOT offer trash service. Guests are responsible for depositing their trash into the dumpsters provided.
Fireworks or explosives of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for cleaning smokers and grills that are Park property if they use them.
Washing of RVs and Vehicles is NOT allowed in the Park except from portable water supply.
Any damage caused by you, your family, or guests is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!
Sites need to be kept liter free (including cigarette butts and bottle caps) and tidy. Do not let items accumulate under or around your RV.
Blow-up / Hard Plastic Pools are prohibited.
A sewer hose "donut" or "L" connector and hose stand are REQUIRED.
All decks and stairs not manufactured as part of the camper must be approved by management.
No window units (air conditioners that sit in a window) are allowed.
Laundry Service is available at $1.50/lb. includes washing, drying, and folding. Arrangements can be made at the Red building called "The Rub Board".

SUNRISE RV PAVILION USE

The Sunrise Pavillion is a new addition to the park and is built for park residents only.

The pavilion is to be used for groups and friends to hang out and visit or watch TV, play cards and games, cook, and celebrate special events. Use the pavilion to enjoy special life events or anything the residents desire and want to do, within the law.

Only a few common rules apply. We do not want to take away from the fun, we just ask that you help take care of the facility.

If you haul it in, you haul it out.
If you mess it up you clean it up, including the restroom.
If it gets too loud, there will be one warning before they are asked to leave.
Please pick up your own trash and empty the trash when full.
The pavilion was made for you to enjoy. Take care of it so we can keep it this way.
The TV is provided for your enjoyment, just make sure it is turned off and covered before the last person leaves.

RATES: 40$/Day 200$/Week 600$/Month, due on the first of each month - late charges are $10.00/day starting on the 3rd day without prior arrangement with management. Also, more than one worker staying in the RV will be charged $50.00 for each month NOTE: RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. THE MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, OR LOSS FROM ANY CAUSE. WE MAINTAIN A 1/2 REFUND POLICY - SUBJECT TO "SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES"
GENERAL: SUNRISE RV PARK Haskell will not tolerate any onerous, noxious or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt and/or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facilities. In the event of such onerous, noxious, or offensive activity, in the judgment of management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately, without a refund.
INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Customer shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and/or customer actions or in actions (or those of their employees, agents or invitees), or any other related to Customer's use or occupation of the RV site, regardless of whatever such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Campground parties.
TEXT MESSAGING: The Tenant will have the option to message via text to the park manager or owner if they so please. This can be for inquiries or problems within the park.
THEFT OF SERVICE LAW ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31:04 (b), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violation under the "THEFT OF SERVICES LAW".
AFFIRMATION: AS A CUSTOMER OF SUNRISE RV PARK HASKELL I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE RULES AND ANY OTHER ATTACHED PARK RULES. I also agree to vacate the premises at the request of management if I violate these rules and regulations, without a refund of any prepaid fees. This agreement does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement. Payment for sites is entirely for services rendered UNDER A HOST/ GUEST ARRANGEMENT.
